gallon tank and frame that includes an American
made Leeson motor with a Pumptec 350 anodized
aluminum pump body with a stainless steel
plunger and improved flow characteristics that
provide up to 4 gallons per minute and will
provide pressures up to 200 PSI. All units will
be provided with a heavy duty, powder coated
frame and hose reel with this unit being
provided with 150 feet of 3/8” hose. Our Pumptec
350 electric units come equipped with a 75 amp
switch and 50 amp breaker as well 20 feet of #6
electrical lead to provide a hookup to most
vehicles as well as an included Air Gap Filler.

50 gallon Electric unit with the heaviest frame
in the industry, this is a commercial duty frame
and tank that has and will provide years of
service. Unit is furnished with a Leeson 350
Pumptec with a capacity of 4 GPM max and up to
200 PSI.
This unit is provided with a 75 amp
on/off switch and a 50 amp breaker with 20 feet
of #6 copper welding wire. All units will be
provided with an Air Gap Filler and shutoff
before the strainer.
Available options include
electric hose reel that is prewired and ready to
hook up. Stinger provides a heavy duty Cox
powder coated reel with 300 feet of 3/8 hose.
This pump combination is one of the most proven
electric motor/pump setups in the industry with
little maintenance necessary. |

The Hypro D252 has been proven as one of
the most durable and versatile pumps on
the market. Another factor to consider
is that there are many options for
dealers and parts available nationwide,
To service your Hypro pump, unlike some
of the proprietary pumps being offered
by other sprayer manufacturers. We will
stand behind what we build and will
continue to use suppliers that will do
the same.

While we pride ourselves in
having a low profile design as a
standard option, this is our lowest
profile configuration. This is the
Low Down version and comes with a
Cox 1125-4-200 reel that can hold
300 feet of 3/8” Stinger hose.
While still having the heaviest
frame in the business it is also
practical for those operators who
choose the use a cover over the bed
of their truck. This unit is
furnished with a Honda GX160 and a
Hypro D30, it can also be equipped
with a Kohler or Power Pro.
Available pump options would include
the Maruyama MSD41, Hypro D252, Udor
Kappa 43, Udor Kappa 25, or the Udor
Iota 20. Every unit is tested prior
to shipment and drained of gasoline
in order to avoid the issues
associated with long term storage.
The unit will be provided with an
air gap filler and ready for the gun
of your choice. Dimensions are
approximately 60” deep x 38” wide x

frame in the industry, this is a commercial duty
Tank and Frame that has and will provide years
of service. Unit is furnished with a Honda GX160
and a Hypro D252GRGI for a maximum of 6.5 GPM
and 290 PSI. This unit will be provided with a
heavy duty powder coated Cox reel and 300 feet
of 3/8” hose. Every unit is tested prior to
shipment and drained of Gasoline in order to
avoid the issues associated with potential long
term storage. The unit will also be provided
with an air gap filler and ready for the gun of
your choice with an industry standard quick
coupler.

Compact System

Compact designed to fit between the wheel
wells of a full size pickup . Having the engine
and hose reel on the top allows for the user to
have easy access for daily use and service. This
is a tried and true design that has been
available to the market for a couple of years.

High Quality, Powder Coated Cox Electric reel is
standard equipment, but can substitute a Cox
manual reel. Hannay is also available by
allowing additional time and extra cost.
It will include an Air Gap and JD-9 Style Spray
Gun.
